We haven't seen our Sonia since before Christmas, and we missed her so much!
She came over to see us, and to give the kids their Christmas gifts...and Maddie her birthday gifts.

Happy Birthday Grandma!!
Today Dylan, Maddie & I took Grandma out to lunch for her birthday.
I'm so very grateful for my Grandma, and I thank God for her every day. She took care of me when I was growing up, and she has been helping me take care of my babies for the last 7 years. She has taught me how to be strong, and independent, and an all around wonderful mother.
Of course she has driven me crazy, but I don't know what I would do without her.
We Love You, Grandma!!

It was a beautiful day, and we had a great time just hanging out together....despite the fact that the elephant was missing. Dylan was like a little tour guide...he knows SO much about animals!

2010, I Love You!!
Only 23 days in, and 2010 is looking FABULOUS already!!
Maddie's 1st birthday party went amazing. We had lots of wonderful friends there, and Maddie was having a great time being passed around to be loved on all day! Pictures are coming, but there has been a delay, because....
I got a job!!! I was emailed a listing that looked exactly like what I was looking for, and 2 interviews later, the job is mine!! 1 listing, 1 resume sent...pretty good considering people in California have been having so much trouble finding work!
I started Wednesday of last week, and I already love it.

I can't believe it's been a year. I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately.
A year ago today, I had to roll myself out of bed, because my belly was so big. Cody, Dylan & I spent the day together...first we went to Chuck E. Cheese, then we ran some errands. When we got home, Cody started taking groceries out of the car, and I had to lie down for a minute. 3 minutes later, my water broke. 5 hours later, I was holding the most perfect baby girl I have ever laid eyes on.
I fall more in love with her every single day.

She was such a good girl. No fussing, no crying, and I think every single person at the party got a chance to carry her around for a minute! She is definitely a people person, and always the center of attention! She can make a group of tough guys talk in silly voices and make cutesy faces like no one...and she does this, all the time.
