Universal Studios

Cody has been wanting to take Dylan to Universal Studios for a while now, and Dylan has been just as excited to go. We've gone quite a few times, but haven't gone lately. I had forgotten how expensive it is!! If you live in L.A., and are planning to go, take advantage of coupons or online discounts!! Tickets are just as expensive as Disneyland, and Universal is nowhere as big.

We had a great time, and were able to get on most things with almost no line. Dylan especially loved the Curious George water section. This is basically a place for kids to get as soaked as possible. And Dylan did a great job. Soaked from head to toe. This will explain the horrible new Spongebob outfit we had to buy.

It was a fabulous day!

Civitan Day!

We were up bright and early this morning, for Dylan's T-ball parade and Civitan Day events.

There were 2 trucks that all the kids sat in for the parade.

After the parade and events, the coach threw a party for the team. There was a huge bouncer, lots of food, and a baseball shaped pinata. It was a great day, and the kids had lots of fun!

5 Months!!

I can't believe how fast time is flying!! It seems like just yesterday she was so tiny. She's holding her head up really good nowadays. She is constantly trying to talk...well maybe not quite, but she makes the best little noises ever! In the morning, she will make noises in her bed, and when you walk to see her, she gets the biggest smile on her face! Cody & think it's the best, that she is so happy to see us!!

So here are her 5 month pictures!

T-Ball

T-Ball season is coming to an end. It's kind of sad, actually. I've made friends with some of the other mom's, and Dylan likes being able to hang out with the boys...so they will be missed!

At their last practice they played games & had a little fun. They split the whole team into 2 teams, and had a race.

First, they had to carry a balloon on a spoon.

They they had to walk with a cone on their head.

Then they had to walk and balance a bat on their hand.

Dylan's team won!!

The last game was great! I love going to his games, and the vibe is always so great, with all the parents wearing their team shirt and cheering for the kids. Here a a few pics.

Yes, this is Dylan under all that gear.

This Saturday is the "Season Finale". There is a parade in the morning, and then there is a party for the team after. It was a great season!

Oh I almost forgot the best part! Our team, The Giants, won an award for Good Sportsmanship! The park staff and the umpires all voted and decided that our team, parents and kids, deserved the award! Awesome!!

Disneyland & California Adventure

I know, I know...we go to Disneyland A LOT!! We have annual passes, and it's so much fun...and there's something about this place that just makes me happy!

This time we went because it was Wednesday. Good reason, huh?! And of course we had a great time!

More pictures to come, because we will be there for the 4th of July weekend!

Awesomeness.

There's so many great things going on right now, that I have forgotten to blog!

School may be out for summer, but Dylan's little side gig is in full swing. He went to a meeting at an agency this week, and they LOVED him! Before we left they told us they would love to represent him! Yay Dylan!! And he has an audition Friday for a Playhouse Disney voiceover! I'm so proud of my little guy!

In other awesomeness, I got a new camera, which I love, and have already spent countless hours trying to figure out how to take the best pictures with it. My other wonderfully amazing gift from my wonderfully amazing husband is my new Christian Louboutin shoes!!

Catching up...

It's been a while. Life gets crazy with 2 kids! So here's what we've been up to...

Dylan received an award during the last week of school, for "Academic Achievement in Reading & Math". I was so proud. He's such a smart little boy.
