Woo-hoo!!

My little Dylan won an award at school for academic achievement. My little genius! It doesn't take an award for me to be proud of him, I am proud of him on a daily basis. He is smart, sweet, funny and of course incredibly handsome! And as I stand there blocking everyone's view of their own kids while I am taking 500 pictures of my baby boy, and as the tears fill my eyes because I have the perfect kid, I realize...this is what being a mom is all about. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Then he comes up to me after the award ceremony to give me his award to take home, and he hugs me and whispers, "Mom, don't cry again".


I love that kid.
